Ronni Hom (she/they) is a dramaturg, filmmaker, arts administrator, and overall multi-hyphenate artist. She graduated from Montclair State University with a BFA in Filmmaking and a BA in Theatre Studies. Select film credits include: the upcoming feature film A Relative Comedy, The Raccoonalope (2024), and Cavies: A Documentary (2022). Ronni’s thesis film, Peaches, is currently in post-production. Select theatre credits include: The Supreme Leader (Mile Square Theatre), The Mighty Four (Vivid Stage), and Assistants the Musical (Players Theatre). In 2020 she helped form the arts collective Stone Owl, and was assistant director for their first film, Contrition. 

Ronni has been a reader for Premiere Stages, Vivid Stage, The New Jersey Play Lab, and Centenary Stage Company. They had the privilege of attending the Audio Description Institute, a part of the Audio Description Project initiated by The American Council of the Blind, during the Fall 2026 session. Ronni was one of three Career Accelerator Fellows with the New Jersey Theatre Alliance in 2024, and she was a part of the Storyteller Studio cohort with the New Jersey Play Lab for two years. Some of the non-work related joys in their life include eating dumplings, petting their cats, reading, crocheting, and a good thrift or antique store find.
